Saks Fifth Avenue Holidays Windows
Contributed by Maria-Teresa, Account Executive
As the resident fashion guru, it was no wonder that I was instantly drawn to the Saks Holiday Window. With two amazing themes—Enchanted Forest on the Hudson Bay side and Land of 1,000 Delights adorning Saks—these windows will inspire your holiday shopping and help you brave the mall. Although the unveiling ceremony has passed, that shouldn’t stop you from checking out these amazing windows. In fact, it’s all the more reason to!
When: The Holiday Windows have already been decked! Check them out at the corner of Queen Street East and Yonge Street until January 3rd.
Holiday Fair in the Square

With three little ones, it can be hard to find the time to complete my holiday shopping. That’s why I was relieved to hear that Nathan Phillips Square was opening their very own Christmas market. In the style of a classic European Christmas market, there will be artisan crafts and gifts filling the booths. We can peruse the stalls as a family and explore the amazing local brands that Toronto has to offer. Once the shopping is done, it will be time to hit the rink and the carnival rides. This year in the square there will be something for everyone, no matter your age!
When: December 8th until December 23rd in Nathan Phillips Square.

Etsy and Evergreen are teaming up to bring you the craftiest Makers Market ever! If you are looking for unique gifts, treats and stocking stuffer ideas, this Winter Village has over 60 vendors. Etsy is famous for having handcrafted and vintage finds that everyone on your list will love. With a ice rink, hiking, and children’s activities, this market is a great way to explore the outdoors. After that, head to the Street Food Market or the Sipping Container to warm up with treats from across the globe and holiday drink favourites such as eggnog and mulled wine. Set in the beautiful Brickworks area, all you need is snow to complete this winter wonderland. Plus, it’s free, making it hard to pass up the opportunity to experience this Winter Village.
When: December 10th until December 23rd at the Brickworks.
Casa Loma’s Magical Winterland Nights
Contributed by Tanya, Co-founder
Wednesday’s just got a little bit brighter in December. Beginning December 7th, Casa Loma is helping us get into the Holiday spirit with their Winterland Nights. Grab a hot cocoa and stroll through the grounds to marvel at their amazing light displays. Take in the Christmas carollers and performances that the whole family can enjoy. Maybe even grab your kids and loved ones for a visit to the Santa’s workshop and snap a picture with the man himself. If the Legends of Horror Halloween display was any indication, Casa Loma’s Magical Winterland Nights will be lit.
When: Wednesday’s from December 7th to January 4th at Casa Loma.
