After an extensive rejuvenation project led by esteemed architect Claude Cormier, the City of Toronto was ready to re-launch its most anticipated piece of real estate: Berczy Park. Located in the bustling historic St.Lawrence neighbourhood, Berczy Park was projected to be the city’s number one hotspot for locals and their dogs, tourists and suburbanites invited to enjoy the park and it’s one-of-a-kind dog fountain. But with Canada’s 150th birthday celebration falling on the heels of the park opening, The City of Toronto needed a public relations firm that could break through the noise.

The Strategy behind the campaign
